Tourists do not flock to Thailand to tour Udon Thani. Certain tour packages may include Udon Thani in their itinerary — such as this Around North Isarn Tour, or this Tiger Airways Udon Thani – Nong Khai – Vientiane Travel Package, for example. But no tour operator is likely to make much of a living touting just Udon Thani as a destination of choice.
However, there are more localized agencies who have mini-Udon Thani tours (or day trips) for visitors who are already in Udon Thani, and may wish to see more. I noticed one such agency being advertised on Thai Visa Classifieds as Isaan Tours. Amongst their offerings:

UdonMap showcased two such possibilities in a short one-page thread titled Udon Thani tour companies. Take serious note that Jaunjira Jaidee (Chuan) is strictly a tour guide — she is nothing even remotely shady.
Indochina Odyssey Tours also have something in mind for the specialist tourist(s) who might want to tour Udon Thani.
Although I do not see anything Udon Thani-specific, I would expect that Ultinet Trade & Travel Ltd would be able to provide tours of the area — they are based in Udon Thani City. Their website is in Thai, unfortunately, but Udon Recommended says they have English-speaking staff. ModernThailand.com offers this about them:
