Nova Car Hire advertises Udon Thani, but then adds this disclaimer: **We currently have no pick up point at this location**. Car Hire Centre also advertises the Udon Thani Airport, as do Carhire.co.uk, Car Rental Bookers Ltd., VIZIVO (I did not test them to see if Udon Thani Airport was within their reach), Argus Car Rentals, Car4rental, holiday autos, Rhino, ebookers, PremierCarJet.com, Alquiler-directo.com, Avis Rent A Car (UK), Auto Europe, airport car rentals, IHateTaxis, and CarRentals.co.uk. As you can imagine, all of these companies cannot possibly have an actual presence at the airport — they would need to be using a service in common that is based there.
Thai Rent A Car (by Petchburee Car Rent) seems like a Thailand-based service.
I don’t know what udon thani airport car rental is — the site tries to make it look local, or at least, Thailand-based; but it seems quite international.
