This is the second time I have posted about this place.
Actually, the name of this business is the I-San Cafe, evidently located at 11044 Ventura Boulevard, Studio City, California. Or at least that’s the address given here, along with a menu clearly more than six years old.
I don’t see that they are doing much at all to promote themselves. Anyplace I’ve found on the web that profiled them basically did so with minimal information because the “cafe” cannot seem to be bothered to take free advantage of the plug given to them by updating the spaces allocated to them — check here, for instance:

That had me quite annoyed — it is bad enough not to have a website, but to ignore free opportunities on the web — and I saw a number of instances where the “cafe” could have fleshed out a skeletal profile, all for free — is utterly ignorant.
Then I discovered that I-San Cafe seems to be no more, if a site called QuarryGirl.com is correct. The eatery had become Vegan World around the start of May, 2009. A menu is on display at this site, by the way. Another is here.
This time they seem to have taken up eat24‘s offer to host a webpage for them, but this is as far as they seem to have gone — plenty of other free sites that have a skeletal profile of them are being ignored.
To not take full advantage of all that free advertising is pathetic in this era, to my mind.

The Hawaii’s Plantation Village in the historic Waipahu is an outdoor museum that showcases the lifestyles and experience of Hawaii’s plantation workers. Furnished homes and other community structures display and interpret the history of Hawaii’s multi-ethnic heritage. Asian art and architecture, along with awesome antiques and relics, are among the main features of the Village.
The Hawaii Plantation Village first opened in September 1992, displaying original structures and replica homes of multiethnic groups who arrived to Hawaii between the late 1800s and the 1940s to work as plantation laborers.
Visit and experience the warm and welcoming atmosphere that was part of Hawaii in the early 1900s. Guided tours are conducted at the start of each hour beginning Monday through Saturday at 10:00 a.m. The last guided tour is at 2:00 pm.
The friends of Waipahu Cultural Garden Park manage and operate Hawaii’s Plantation Village, an out-door historical museum, located at Waipahu Cultural Garden park. The museum is situated on a 50-acre site just below the Oahu Sugar Mill.
Guided tours of the site are conducted Monday through Saturday at the start of each hour. Special school tours which incorporate a gallery of exhibits and hands-on activities.
