Condominiums are still not exactly a commonplace in Isaan. In fact, the only time I have noticed one being advertised was today on the realty website Isaan Properties. I see no sense in posting a link to the property located in Korat, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, since I am certain it will have a limited longevity. But the ad said the unit was on the second floor of this building:

I am perplexed as to just what is meant by “some part of condo unit” — the entire unit cannot be bought? Or is it like a time share, and that is why it is only “ideal for leisure in Korat” — which would mean, then, that it would NOT be ideal for residency?
