Although ‘Charoensi‘ has been mistakenly used throughout the Web in referring to this hotel, it is actually the Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel.
I think the ‘sri‘ portion of the hotel name is Sanskrit, and this ‘sri‘ is in fact a variation on the ‘siri‘ portion of another hotel name in Udon Thani, the Siri Grand. But having said that, ‘si‘ is yet a third variant of the same word. So in that sense, ‘Charoensi’ would be equally correct if we were not dealing with a legal hotel name. Since we are, then ‘Charoensri’ would be the sole proper and legal use.
However, even that is no longer the case. The hotel is now legally the Centara Hotel & Convention Centre, and only formerly the Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel.

I have never stayed at the hotel, so I cannot offer my own views on it from any personal experience. However, I would love to be able to stay at the hotel in order to give it a full review, complete with video…but that role is not too likely to ever occur.
