There is presently one pharmacy on display at UdonMap‘s listing for Pharmacies: Muang Thong Pharmacy. It must be their sole sponsor in that category to date.
UdonMap also has a page for Udon Thani hospitals, clinics and Pharmacies, but whether any of the 14 entities currently listed there actually include a pharmacy is unclear. However, a map on that page includes locators for what looks to me to be about eight different pharmacies. You have to click on the icons (the balloons or inversed ‘teardrops’) to see if the pharmacy is named or not — a number of them just say “General Pharmacy,” which I expect is a generic term, and not an actual business name.
Another map includes the above pharmacies — the Interative Udon Thani Map. But don’t try to find them by zooming in — I did, and found that the map became so dispersed that they all became lost. Rather, just type “Pharmacy” into the search box at the very top of the column of markers located to the left of the map, and then choose “View All” once the Pharmacies are the only items on display in that column. This will make them all display on the map.
The UdonMap forum has what is actually a rather useful thread begun August 25, 2010, titled My favourite pharmacy in Udon!
Wikitravel mentions the Boot’s Pharmacy located in Central Plaza; and Let’s Go identifies two pharmacies:

A website called U121.com has a number of pages of pharmacies supposedly in Udon Thani Province, but most only have a general address provided for them that would be of scant use for anyone but a local.
