Two years ago, Lonely Planet had a question on where such a thing might be in Udon Thani — check it out here. I can recommend contacting the gent in the third response, for he is an active participant on the Udonmap and Udontalk forums. My wife and I even met him once back in 2005.
Now of course, a “bike” can also mean a motorbike, so I would be remiss if I did not take up that possibility as well.
One of Udonmap’s sponsors is Big Cycle. This business’s direct site is here.
Udonmap’s forum has a thread from 2008 titled simply Big Bikes, and a 2009 thread titled Udon Thani Big Cycle.
Returning to bicycles, this same forum also has a thread from 2008 titled Specialist Bicycle Shop in Udon? It was answered to the poster’s great satisfaction.
