Looking for a good hospital in Udon Thani?

My friend has Hep B. We went to a local doctor in Nakhorn Phanom who gave her vitamins. We went to Bangkok where they ran lots of tests and put her on Lamivudine which she has taken for 6 months. Now I understand that was maybe the wrong thing but since she is on the meds now she should probably continue. The thing is I am out of country an she is in Udon. She need a set of tests and more medication which weren’t available in Nakhorn. Is there a good hospital in Udon or should she go back to Bangkok?

According the Net, there is one good hospitals in Udon (recommended by the US Embassy in Vientiane).
Maybe a forum on www.udonmap.com can provide a detailed answer?

I haven’t tried any hospital in Udon, but I know that in nearby Nong Khai there is a good private hospital (riverside, west of the city center, i. e. in direction of the Friendship Bridge) but I don’t remember its name. Maybe it’s the one one also recommended by the US Embassy?

Does anyone know where my birth father and my older half brother in Thailand?

Hello i am Thai.I was born in Thailand and adopted by an Australian couple when i was only 4 months old from an orphanage in Udon Thani…I have found my birth mother but she does not know where my birth father is.He left her when she was 2 months pregnant with me and has not seen or heard from him since.His name is Udomsak Thamdee and i believe he may live in udon thani Province.He was 30 years old when i was born, so he would be about 62 years old now…My birth mother also lost contact with my older half brother (we do not share the same father)for many years now.His name is Direak Chaiyuphum and he was born in 1968.He would be about 40 years old now.I think he may be in the Bangkok area.I am trying to find as much help or information as i can and would appreciate anyone who can be of assistance to me.thank you in advance.
