The term Isarn Thai is just a little broad. For example, it might refer to a restaurant, such as this one in London, England.
There is also an Isarn Thai Foods in Christchurch, New Zealand. I have seen it referred to as Isarn Thai Restaurant elsewhere, although the two addresses are different. Possibly two separate businesses?
Or it might refer to the Isaan or Isan language, as Wikipedia seems to prefer it spelled.
And it may refer to the Isaan region of Thailand itself (again spelled Isan by Wikipedia), or the people of that region.
I’m feeling ambiguous today…let’s see what else I can find that might qualify for inclusion under the umbrella term Isarn Thai – time for some fun (all added in a post edit of March 28, 2012)!

This next reference is deceptive and (I feel) inaccurate. Religion is not even mentioned in the article…and as far as I know, Korat has no relationship to Udon Thani — they are distinct provinces:
