The English title of this post translates as ISAN Serbia.
I posted on the topic of ISAN in a post titled ISAN International Agency, just in case you have no idea what it is. But to help, as Google translates ISAN Serbia:
National library of Serbia established the ISAN Registration Agency of Serbia of 01 January 2008. issued by ISAN (International Standard Audiovisual Number) is an international standard for labeling of audiovisual items.
ISAN (International Standard Audiovisual Number) is a voluntary numbering system used for the identification of audiovisual works. It provides a unique, internationally recognized and permanent reference number for each audiovisual work registered in the ISAN system.
ISAN can be applied to all types of audiovisual works, uključjući all kinds of movies and short films, movie trailers, video games, television production and other delivery methods, including individual episodes of television series, industrial, educational and training films, commercials, broadcast and recording of events live (such as sports events and news), composite and multimedia works if they have a significant audiovisual component.
Since ISAN is a unique number that is permanently assigned to an audiovisual work, he can identify the barriers to work across national boundaries and languages.
I see on this Serbian website that although Thailand is represented with a specific identifying code (Kodovi Za Zemlje) — which is quite logically TH — I do not get the impression that much of Asia participates in this unique cataloguing or identifying system, and that includes Thailand. In fact, the ISAN media database apparently has an Asian representation of just 2% (note: I am editing this post on April 16, 2012):

I have to admit getting distracted from completing this post. I got sidetracked at the website of the National Library of Serbia at ISAN Serbia after clicking the National Library’s logo as displayed here:

It has an option for English. And that led me on to various archives of the First and Second World Wars, as well as the digital section of the Library where a database of old music and photographs specifically caught my interest.
Fascinating stuff.
