ImportFood.com has a recipe for Thai Esaan-style Sausage, “Sai Grok.” I am not sure how many isaan people would be using a food processor to blend the ingredients for a thorough mix, but maybe they would if the appliance was affordable.
The blog Blazing Hot Wok offers a recipe for Isaan-style Sausages that does not read like a lot of short-cuts are being taken in the full preparation.
The Atlantic published an article titled Sausage-Making on the Mekong River that was essentially a guide to how a couple of true Isaan Thais prepared their sausage.
I have absolutely NO use for MSG, so I definitely would never give this recipe a try.

Also, judging by the text, there does not seem to be much of a human touch at play. I got the impression that the site may be artificially generated; or else a ‘machine translation’ was used to convert the English from some other language.
