  3. My issue isn’t so much not knowing how to exercise, it’s not having the time. My damned workday starts with me getting up at 3:30 a.m. to get ready for the commute — I report in to work for a 6:00 a.m. start.

    By the time I’m home once my work day has me finally released, I’m totally sapped from it all.

    I need to be working out during the earlier part of my day when I have some vigour — not at the end when I’m just a few hours from bedtime.

    I’ve got to get Retired — that’s the only solution to my particular dilemma. But when I do Retire, will I still have enough reserve or potential left to approach the conditioning and fitness that was once my norm?
