udon thani car rental

This is a topic I’ve tried to cover before — for instance:
As is possible in so many cities of the World, vehicles can be reserved via an almost dizzying number of global organizations, none of whom actually have an outlet in the city of interest. They merely make arrangements with a local outfit on your behalf, and take the glory. As one website explains it:
This site brings together all the leading rental vehicle brands, as well as many of the independents, so you don’t need to spend hours on the internet searching to find who operates from the airport you are planning to fly into!
We offer some of the best deals around because we operate an internet only service and are able to pass on the savings of not operating this service to you when you book online!
Perhaps I am naive, but I do not see how there are savings — the actual car rental service that is at the destination of choice is still going to have to charge for use of their vehicle. Is the rental broker working on your behalf really able to get the actual car rental company to charge less than it otherwise would have, had you contacted them directly?
As I say, I am on the outside and looking in — I have no insider knowledge of how this may play out. Maybe they can get discounts from the rental company that are not available to the general public.
I am not going to list any specific rental sites in this post — just refer to my other posts for possible suggestions. However, apart from having in mind to look for “the best deal,” perhaps pay some attention to the extent of insurance coverage. Thailand is known for putting a lot of ill-trained and erratic drivers on the road. If you do have an accident with a Thai national, there may well be much more for you to be concerned with than the damages to your rented car. In all likelihood, the Thai may well not have any insurance whatsoever.
Thus, if you do not have strong insurance coverage, and a mishap requires legal entanglement to determine wrongdoing and responsibility, it is going to be obvious to all concerned that the uninsured and probably local Thai cannot possibly make financial restorations. As a result, you might be looking at financial culpability beyond what your insurance company is willing to cover, unless you have a very comprehensive level.
Just keep it in mind. Will you coverage cover all bases, and maybe keep you from having to make court appearances?
